    Orders placed before 2 PM on working days are shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM are shipped on the next working day. Typically, most orders are delivered within 24 hours of dispatch. During busy periods (holidays, Black Friday), delivery time can extend up to 4 days.
  • What can I do if I missed the first delivery attempt?
    For packages that could not be delivered to the recipient, the courier will make a second delivery attempt.
