What is the delivery cost?
Delivery is free for orders over 300 lei. For orders with a lower value, the delivery cost is 20 lei.

How long does it take to receive the package?
Orders placed by 2pm on weekdays are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 are dispatched on the next working day. Most orders are usually delivered within 24 hours of dispatch. During busy periods (holidays, Black Friday), the delivery time can reach 4 days.

What can I do if I failed to receive the package on the first try?
In the case of parcels that could not be delivered to the recipient, the courier will make a second delivery attempt.

Can I track the shipment status of my order?
You can track your shipment status using the AWB number found in your order history.

  To initiate a return, you must contact us by email within 14 days of receiving the product. We will organize the pick-up of the parcel from your address. Make sure the jewelry is in original condition.
  
• Do I need to print an AWB for my return?
  The courier will generate the necessary AWB for the return of your package.
  
• How will I get a refund for my returned order?
  If you paid by bank card, the amount will be refunded to the account from which the payment was made.
  The amount will be refunded only after we receive the returned jewelry.
