If the size isn't right or you decide not to keep the jewelry you ordered, you can request an exchange or return.
To ensure a smooth shopping experience on our website, we offer exchanges and returns within 14 days of purchase (for unused jewelry).
In special cases where multiple exchange/return requests are made for the same order, any additional costs will be borne by the customer.
The first exchange/return per order is free. From the second exchange/return, delivery charges will be borne by the customer.
For Exchange (same product, different size)
Please e-mail us with your details, and we will guide you through the process. All you need to do is securely pack the product and wait for the courier we will send to your address.
For Exchange with Another Product or Return
Please e-mail us with your details, order number, and reason for the return. After we receive and evaluate the returned products, we will refund the corresponding amount within a maximum of 14 working days.
