Delivery Policy for Balance Jewels
Products are delivered to the address you provide via our courier partners.
Delivery Times
- Bucharest: Within 24-48 hours of order confirmation.
- Other Areas: Within 72 hours of order confirmation.
Balance Jewels ensures that all shipments are delivered in good condition and with full confidentiality, excluding weekends, public holidays, and non-bank days when deliveries are not made. We also ensure that delivery is carried out with the highest safety, promptly, and directly to the address provided by the customer. Products are insured during transit until delivery is completed.
Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday between 09:00 and 18:00. Please provide an address where you will be available during these hours (e.g., work, home).
Delivery Costs
Delivery for Balance Jewels jewelry is free for orders exceeding 300 lei. For orders below 300 lei, a delivery fee of 20 lei will be charged.
Complaints and Contact
If you have any issues with the delivery services provided by our courier partners, please contact us at official.balancejewels@gmail.com. We cannot be held responsible for damages caused by delays due to external factors such as severe weather conditions, road accidents, strikes, natural disasters, street protests, or other special circumstances that may prevent timely delivery. As a result, Balance Jewels will not provide compensation for damages resulting from late delivery of products.
